Playwrights' Center welcomes new membership manager05/07/2013
Hannah Joyce-Hoven joins the staff May 13, 2013.
The Playwrights' Center is excited to introduce new membership manager Hannah Joyce-Hoven. Joyce-Hoven is a theater arts professional with a background in management and performance. For nine years she worked for the William Inge Center for the Arts in Independence, Kansas as director of operations and company manager. In this role, her work included managing their resident playwright programs, developing audiences, connecting with the community and running the work study/internship program.
Prior to her work at the Inge Center, Joyce-Hoven worked in St. Louis with a number of theater companies including the Repertory Theatre of St. Louis. She is a trained teaching artist in the Aesthetic Education Method from the Lincoln Center Institute for the Arts in Education. She received her B.A. in Theatre from Wheaton College.

Playwrights' Center Producing Artistic Director Jeremy Cohen says, "I'm so pleased to welcome Hannah to the Playwrights' Center family, and to have her leading the charge of our incredible membership program.
