THE PLAYWRIGHTS’ CENTER SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

The Playwrights’ Center does not sell retail products to ship.

Many member services are delivered exclusively via email. Therefore, to make the most of the Center’s services, it is incumbent upon a member to maintain a valid email address, and to designate the Center’s primary email address (info@pwcenter.org) as a “trusted sender” in order to prevent valuable informational messages from being blocked or filtered by “anti-spam” technologies. The Playwrights’ Center will make all reasonable efforts to comply with current industry standards in order to maximize the deliverability of member benefits via email but does not guarantee delivery to any particular email server or inbox.

Printouts (“hard copies”) of scripts submitted to The Playwrights’ Center in consideration for the Center’s various fellowship competitions, festivals, and/or other programs are not returned unless otherwise specified on that program’s application form.
