Leukemia, kielbasa and bowling connect Lenny, a recent widower and bartender and Eric, a medical student. As Lenny reads obituaries and Eric tries new recipes, an unlikely friendship develops as each man confronts their painful losses in very different ways.

WHAT IS MEMBER OPEN PLAY?
Member Open Play is a chance for member playwrights to gather online and by phone to read each other's plays aloud and respond with constructive feedback. The reading and responses are facilitated by a Playwrights' Center staff member. Attendees may be asked to read a role(s).
Online participants: may join via webcam through their computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. We use Zoom for online participation, but a participant does not need to have an account to join. Be prepared to join via webcam. Ten minutes prior to the start of any session. If you have any difficulty joining, you can email alaynab@pwcenter.org
