The 40-Page Prologue is an absurdist meta play about a small cast of actors re-united for a prequel to Harold Pinter's 'The Birthday Party.' Years before, the female lead was abused on stage by the male lead, and this is her chance for revenge. The play examines vicarious and actual trauma exoerienced by performance artists.
