Based in Los Angeles, CA, Sam is an actor, writer, director, illustrator, and creative producer. She hails from St. Louis, MO, where she grew up performing on stage with her mother and grandmother, and earned a B.A. in Theatre from Knox College. After seven years in New York, she decided to pursue an MFA in Creative Producing from DePaul University, bringing her out west.

Unable to ever sit still and let creative work find her, Sam has produced several short films, a successful narrative series on TikTok, and a podcast about women in science fiction. She's also a skilled illustrator and photographer and has had her creative writing published in several online and physical journals. In 2021, she was the recipient of the 1st place award for Best Short Screenplay at NYISA.

Though Sam spends a lot of her time on her creative pursuits, she also loves talking astrology, reading, and travelling to new places.
