Shalee Mae Cole Mauleón graduated from Hamline University in 2013 and is a National Theater Institute Spring 2012 Alumnus. Shalee is a voracious reader of new work and has worked as an editor for playwrights, novelists, devisors, and poets. Shalee Mae Cole Mauleón is a Twin Cities theatre director, and has previously directed work with 20% Theatre Company (FIVE, The Terror Fantastic), Freshwater Theatre, Theatre Unbound, Uprising Theatre Company (The Resistance of My Skin, These Shining Lives, Friends with Guns) and has self-produced work under Play-Dot Productions. She was recently invited to join the 2020 Directors Lab West in Pasadena, California.
