Biography

Linda is a member of WGA, West, the Dramatists Guild and ALAP. After selling an original screenplay to Disney Studios, Linda has concentrated on playwriting. Her one-act play, SHIFTING GEARS was selected for the 2004 "Noho Festival of the Arts" in Los Angeles, and nominated for an ADA award when produced by the Group Repertory Theatre later that year. It was also produced in 2006 by the Cedar Lane Stage in Bethesda, Maryland. In 2010, SHFTING GEARS was produced by the Astor Street Opry company in Oregon and won The Writer's Speaks Contest in Los Angeles. Her full length comedy, NEW AND IMPROVED was also produced by the Group Repertory Theatre in Los Angeles, and her drama FAT CHANCE was produced at the NoHo Actor's Studio and The Sierra Madre Playhouse in California. In 2007, MUSTANG SALLY was presented at the Whitefire Theatre in Sherman Oaks, California and was published in March 2008 by Samuel French.
